My adventure

The impossible has happened. The gynecologist found a lump in my breast during a routine annual exam mid July 2017. A week later, I'm diagnosed with invasive carcinoma. Yup. Breast Cancer. Pictured is Monstera. She's a bitch that needs to die.

Dr. Eric Winer. Director, Breast Oncology Center, Susan F. Smith Center for Women's Cancers. Such a nice Jewish Man! He's going to cure me.

The Medical Blah Blah

Here's the science if you care:

IDC (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma)

Grade 3 (Wicked abnormal cells)

Hormone receptive (good thing)

HER2 positive (good thing)

Made its way into at least one lymph node but not elsewhere

Because I love so many people, I can't keep everyone updated individually. Please understand and check this site when you're in the mood.

6 rounds of chemo, surgery and radiation starting the week of Aug. 7, 2017.

I'm on a clinical trial : TDM1. I'm 150 out of 160 women trying it. Results have been fantastic.
